Corporate Transparency Act for Housing Cooperatives and Condo Associations Training

The DC Bar Pro Bono Center, Douglass Community Land Trust, Neighborhood Legal Services Program, UDC Law Community Development Law Clinic, and Latino Economic Development Center are holding a training for housing cooperatives, condo associations, and management companies.

The Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) requires certain organizations to report beneficial ownership information to the federal government. Many housing cooperatives and condo associations are required to report. To learn about who must report, what information to report, when to report, and how the information will be used, board members and management companies should join us for a training on Wednesday, September 18.

The training will be held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6 pm in person and through Zoom.

The in person training will be at the Latino Economic Development Center’s DC offices:
1401 Columbia Rd NW C1
Washington, DC 20009
Columbia Heights Metro (green line)

Interpretation will be provided for Spanish speakers. If another language is required, please contact (202) 656-8865 or email meche@douglassclt.org.
